Niriides Apartments are multifaceted comfortable spaces, decorated in minimal style, pop art, classic, island, rustic, with colors that make your mood.

Accommodates up to 5 people Double bed Coco mat & double & semi-double sofa.

It has a full kitchenette equipped with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, glasses, dishes, cutlery table & chairs. All have a living room, kitchen and refrigerator, TV, electronic safe, silent air conditioning, alarm and balcony with comfortable living area.

The bathrooms, comfortable and elegant, are located in a separate area inside the apartments and have a shower.

Payment policy

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price on booking.

The remaining balance should be paid 14 days prior to arrival.

Last minute bookings cannot be modified or cancelled without penalty. If you like to modify or cancel this booking please check our Cancellation Penalty Policy below and contact our reservation department.

Cancellation policy

If cancelled up to 14 days prior arrival no fees apply.

For cancellations later or in case of non-show or in case of early departure the 100% of total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
